The association was founded in Berlin in 2014 with the aim of encouraging professional education, including student support, and stimulating co-operative development. The focus of the activities of the association is in Serbia with the aim of encouraging the construction of local structures. In partnership with Panonika JB has carried out numerous projects, actions and seminars in the field of ecology and education, both, for youth and the  children.

By advocating the civic values of the society in accordance with the local and national youth strategy, through continuous dialogue with youth and cooperation with all subjects relevant to youth development, the Youth Office of the Municipality of Bečej seeks to improve the quality of life of young people in the territory of Becej, all with the aim of solving the problems of young people while respecting their needs.
